download gapps from below link and place it on ur sd card now go to recovery mod
  wipe data of ur mobile now select install select the rom which u havhello friends i am going to show u how to flash xperia e4 dual on redmi note 3g
u need is
1) rooted redmi note 3g
2) twrp or cwm recovery

download xperia e4 dual rom from below link after downloading it place it on sd card of ur phone e placed on sd card after installing it takes time for first boot upto 5MIN 

(dont flash rom and gapps at a time )


for gapps again go to recovery and flash gapps from sd card
